At PreSonus, we are committed to your creative journey and offer a 30-day return policy for hardware products to ensure you have the right tools for your sound. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our streamlined process makes it easy to return or exchange your gear.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log in to your MyPreSonus account, navigate to your order history, and select the 'Request Return' option for the specific hardware item.
- 2.Obtain RMA Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, our support team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide a prepaid shipping label via email.
- 3.Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the item in its original factory packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, to ensure it arrives safely at our service center.
- 4.Ship and Track
Affix the return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
